キャンセルポリシーについて

ご予約のキャンセル、または予約日時・予約内容の変更は2日前までにご連絡ください。

当日のキャンセル又は無断でのキャンセルは、施術料金の50-100％のキャンセル料が発生いたします。

やむを得ない事情でご予約時間に遅れてご来店される場合は、分かり次第、お早めのご連絡をお願いいたします。

予約時間を15分を超えてご来店される場合、その後のご予約のお客様の都合上、誠に申し訳ございませんが、キャンセルとさせて頂く場合がございます。その際はお客様のご都合の良い日時にスケジュールを変更させていただきますが、この場合も規定の通りキャンセル料をご請求させていただきます。

予期せぬ事情によりキャンセルが必要な場合は、ご遠慮なくお申し出くださいませ。

当サロンでは、ご利用されるすべてのお客様に気持ちよく過ごしていただき、ご満足いただけるよう日々心がけております。

いつもご予約時間通り、お時間をお守り頂いているお客様には心より感謝申し上げます。

 Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.

We respectfully request 48 hours notice to cancel or change appointments,

Cancellations without notice or cancellations made on the appointment day will be subject to a charge of 50-100% of the service rate.

If you think you may be late for your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.

If you are more than 15min late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you.
